MRM Group LLC is pleased to announce that Kathleen Pocius has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development, supporting the company's growth through opportunity identification, lead generation, and client outreach.
Kathleen brings 35 years of professional experience as an educator, where she managed classrooms, mentored staff, and coordinated daily with administrators, parents, and students — developing the relationship-building and organizational skills central to business development.
Kathleen has also held leadership roles in financial and organizational governance outside the classroom. As Treasurer of the Little Falls Football Parent Association, she managed the organization's budget and maintained financial accountability to its board and membership. As a member of the Little Falls Education Fund, she contributed to the organization's fundraising and community outreach efforts.
In her role at MRM Group, Kathleen will focus on government contract opportunity research and monitoring, business development and client outreach, and pipeline management.
